Electronic Recording Instructions
Required Agreements
  • If you will be submitting directly into the Mobilis / iCounty Portal you will need to complete and agreement with Mobilis Technologies. (Note: If you are submitting to a second tier eRecord Vendor, who then submits your documents into the Mobilis / iCounty Portal, you do not need to have an agreement with Mobilis.) Contact Lisa Norris with Mobilis / iCounty at 816-295-1540, ext. 104, or via email.
  • Regardless of which eRecord vendor you use for submission of your documents, you must have an agreement with the Cass County Recorder of Deeds.
