REQUEST  FOR  BID PROPOSALS

 

The  Cass  County  Commission  is  soliciting  bid  proposals  to  pave  the  following  roads:

1.                              227th Street-approximately  2 1/4 miles x 24ft-5,600 tonnage from  Jefferson Parkway to 7 Hwy

2.                              203rd Street-3 ˝ miles x 24ft-8,500 tonnage  from  291 Hwy to J Hwy

3.                              Clearwater  Rd-3,200 ft x 22ft-1,400 tonnage  from  2 Hwy  South  to  Harrisonville  city limits. 

For  questions  please  contact  Robert Leeper  at  816-380-8360.   Bid proposals  must  be  received  in  the  Cass  County  Commission’s  Office,  102  East  Wall,  Harrisonville,  MO   64701  marked  “Sealed  Bid  Asphalt”  no  later  than  April  10,  2008  at  10:00  a.m.  and  will  be  opened  on  April  10,  2008  at  1:30  p.m. in  the  Commission  Conference  room.  Cass  County  reserves  the  right  to reject  any  and  all bids  or parts  of  a  bid  and  waive  technicalities,  and  to  adjust  quantities.
