BID NOTICE

The Cass County Commission is soliciting bid for the

Cass County Collector’s Office to do lien searches on

real estate property due to be sold at the Annual

Cass County Tax Sale to be held August 25, 2008.

Any questions regarding this bid solicitation must be

directed to Pam Shipley, Cass County Collector at 816-380-8376.

Bids are to be turned into the Cass County Commission’s

Office, 102 East Wall, Harrisonville, MO 64701 marked

“Lien Searches” no later than April 10, 2008 at 9:00 a.m.

and will be opened on April 10, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. in the

Commission Conference room. Cass County reserves the

right to refuse any or all bids.
