Gary Mallory was born and raised in North Missouri graduating from Braymer High School in 1957.  Gary received an Honorable Discharge from the United States Air Force in 1961 and then attended Central Technical Institute earning an Associate Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology.  He retired from AT & T after 25 years of service.
Gary has been active in community service for several years serving as City of Belton alderman for three years, Belton Mayor for 10 years, Cass County Clerk for 12 years and is currently the Presiding County Commissioner of Cass County.
Gary is a member of the Board of Directors of the following:

1.      Country Club Bank

2.      Kansas City Area Transportation Authority (Chair)

3.      Little Blue Valley Sewer District (Vice Chair)

4.      County Commissioner Association of Missouri (Secretary)

5.      Cass County Corporation of Economic Development
