Electronic Recording Instructions
  1. REQUIRED AGREEMENTS

  1. If you will be submitting directly into the Mobilis/iCounty Portal you will need to complete and agreement with Mobilis Technologies. (Note: If you are submitting to a second tier eRecord Vendor, who then submits your documents into the Mobilis/iCounty Portal, you do not need to have an agreement with Mobilis.)

  1. Regardless of which eRecord vendor you use for submission of your documents, you must have an agreement with the Cass County Recorder of Deeds. You also must complete and send the Electronic Recording ACH account form (see paragraph 3 below) to the Cass County Recorder of Deeds.

             Mail two signed copies of the submitter’s agreement to the Cass County Recorder of Deeds
             ,Old Historical Courthouse on the Square, 102 East Wall Street, Harrisonville, Missouri
             64701,.  Original signatures are required on agreements. One copy will be returned to
             you.         

     B.  PAYMENT OPTIONS

  1. ACH is now available through the iCounty portal.

 Documents will not be accepted for ACH that are in a delinquent status.
