Escrow Account Information
If you have an escrow account with your lien holder, and that lien holder has requested your property tax bill from the collector’s office prior to October 1, you will not receive a bill.

Bills for the Mortgage Company
If you receive a tax bill and you know that your mortgage company should be paying it, please forward the bill to your mortgage company immediately for timely processing. If you do not have an escrow account and you did not receive a bill, please contact the collector’s office for an additional copy.
