The Signs of Suicide (SOS) Trusted Adult Training is a depression awareness and youth suicide prevention program that works in tandem with the SOS training that many Cass County middle and high schools have implemented with their students.
The training teaches participants ways to look for and address concerning behavior in youth, and ways to respond to warning signs.
This is just an introduction into the SOS Prevention Program, but mental health professionals as well as representatives from the school will be on hand to answer specific clinical and policy questions after.
